1. Return & Replacement Overview

Lunatik offers a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery. If something does not arrive as expected, our team will help review the concern and guide you with the next step.

To keep the process smooth and fair, we recommend recording a short video while opening the package. This helps us understand the package condition and resolve any delivery-related concern quickly.

2. When Support Is Available

You can contact us within 7 days if:

  • The product reaches you in damaged condition.
  • You receive a different product from what you ordered.
  • There is a clear manufacturing-related concern.
  • An item appears to be missing from the package, subject to review.
  • The product received does not match your confirmed order details.

3. Smooth Verification Process

For delivery-related concerns, our team may request a few details to review the issue properly. This keeps the process quick, transparent, and fair for both sides.

We may ask for:

  • Order ID or registered phone number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the outer package and shipping label.
  • A short package opening video, especially for damage, missing item, or wrong product concerns.

A package opening video is strongly recommended because it helps us resolve concerns faster without unnecessary back and forth.

4. Product Condition

To qualify for return or replacement, the product should be unused and kept in its original condition with packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice wherever applicable.

Products that show signs of use, alteration, stains, scratches, or damage after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement support.

5. Things to Keep in Mind

Return or replacement support may be limited in the following cases:

  • The request is raised after 7 days from delivery.
  • The product has been used, altered, stained, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice are missing.
  • The concern is related to normal leather texture, grain, shade, or minor finish variation.
  • Required details for review are not available.

6. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the order will follow our 7-day return and replacement policy after delivery.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. The time taken to reflect may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment method.

Refunds are processed after cancellation approval, return approval, or successful review of the concern where applicable.

  • Confirm whether the request is eligible.
  • Share return, replacement, refund, or next-step instructions if approved.

9. Return Shipping

If the concern is confirmed as a damaged product, wrong product, missing item, or manufacturing-related issue, Lunatik may support the return or replacement process.

For customer-side errors or non-eligible cases, return shipping charges may not be covered and may be adjusted where applicable.
