1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed successfully, we begin preparing it for confirmation, packing, and dispatch.

Most confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours. During sales, festivals, public holidays, or high order volume, dispatch may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Lunatik offers free Pan India shipping on eligible orders. If any shipping charge applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you place the order.

Cash on Delivery charges, if applicable, may also be shown separately during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, pin code, and courier service availability.

Delivery to remote areas, hill stations, or certain locations may take a little longer.

4. Tracking Updates

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or the contact method provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier partner picks up the package.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable pin codes.

• Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address.
• COD orders may be verified before dispatch.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may affect future COD availability.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their delivery process. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incomplete, the package may be returned.

Please make sure your address, phone number, landmark, and pin code are entered correctly while placing the order.

7. Delivery Delays

Sometimes delivery may take longer due to weather, courier load, public holidays, local restrictions, address issues, or other situations outside our direct control.

If there is any delay, we will help you with the available tracking information and courier updates wherever possible.

8. When Your Order Arrives

When your package arrives, we recommend checking it properly while opening. A short package opening video is always helpful for smooth support in case something does not arrive as expected.

For any delivery-related concern, please contact us with your order details, product photos, and package opening video where available.

9. Returns & Replacement Support

If your order reaches you with a delivery-related concern, eligible cases will be reviewed under our Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

We offer 7-day return and replacement support from the date of delivery, subject to policy conditions and review.
